Canning Tomatoes
With Bountiful Baskets you can order extra goodies and when in season tomatoes is one of them. Jamie ordered 40 lbs of tomatoes and look what she did with them! Canning tomatoes is a great way to preserve them. You can use them later to make sauce, salsa and more!
Below is Kathryn N.’s tomato canning success of 16 pints. She used the pressure cooker with her processing time of 25 minutes in the pressure cooker and 85 minutes in hot water bath.

The processing time should be 25 minutes in the pressure cooker or 85 minutes in the hot water bath. It’s one or the other for processing, not both!
